Detailed Itineraries

Whether you have 24 hours or a full week, here is how to master the city from our hub in Regola.

The "Roman Blitz" (1 Day)

Morning: The Empire

Taxi to the Colosseum for an external view, then walk through the Roman Forum.

Lunch: Ruma Bottega

Located at Via di Parione. Incredible buffalo mozzarella boards and lasagna, just steps from the pad.

Afternoon: The "Centro" Stroll

Walk to Piazza Navona. Grab a classic supplì at I Supplì dei Coronari and visit the Pantheon.

The "Holy & Ancient" (2 Days)

Day 1: The Caesars

Morning interior tour of the Colosseum. Dinner at Seu Pizza Illuminati in Trastevere.

Day 2: The Popes

Early entry (8:00 AM) to the Vatican Museums. Lunch at Trapizzino near Piazza Risorgimento.

The "Classic weekend" (3 Days)

Follow the 2-day plan, then add:

Day 3: Masterpieces & Leisure

Morning at Galleria Borghese (book 2 months out). Afternoon shopping on Via Condotti and a sunset view from Janiculum Hill.

The "Escapist" (5 Days)

Our favorite way to see Rome. Beyond the classics:

Day 4: The Appian Way

Rent e-bikes at the Appia Antica Service Center. Ride past ancient tombs and aqueducts.

Day 5: Hidden Gems

Visit the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj for mind-blowing opulence without the crowds. Farewell dinner at Armando al Pantheon.

Pro Tip: If attractions are sold out, check for tours in other languages (especially Spanish). It's a "backdoor" to tickets that are otherwise impossible to find.
