Planning

The Artsy Day (Day 1)

Kick things off with the "Welcome to Rome" 3D cinema to see the city's evolution. Outside lunch at Ghetto Ebraico is non-negotiable. Cap the night at Seu Pizza Illuminati—book this 3 weeks in advance.

Local Vibe (Day 2)

Beat the heat at the Colosseum at 8:30 AM. Grab lunch standing at the counter at Roscioli for the best Carbonara in the game, then hike the Janiculum Hill at sunset for the ultimate skyline view.

The "Plan B" List

If the main spots are booked, don't sweat it. Try Emma for posh pizza in Parione, Da Enzo in Trastevere for authentic carbonara (line up at 6:45 PM), or Seu Pizza Illuminati for the modern Roman pie (book 3 weeks out).
