Mastering Roman Transit

Regola is perfectly positioned. Here is how to navigate to and from our hub with zero stress.

Aeroporto Fiumicino (FCO)

Door-to-terminal service. Crucial for early flights or those with heavy luggage. Confirm "Tariffa fissa" before departure.

The "Smart" Commuter €9.50

Avoids the chaos of Termini. FL1 regional train is cheaper than the Express and circles the city.

Arenula/Cairoli → Tram 8 → Stazione Trastevere → FL1 Train → FCO
Leonardo Express €15.50

Fast non-stop train from Termini. Good if you are already near the station, but requires a bus transfer with luggage from Regola.

Bus 40 Express → Termini → Platform 24 (Leonardo Express) → FCO

To/From Termini Station

Skips most stops. Faster and safer than the 64. Just tap your card on the yellow reader.

Corso Vittorio Emanuele II (walking distance) → Termini Station
Private Taxi ~€15-20

Fastest and easiest with luggage. Use the taxi stand at Largo di Torre Argentina.

Getting Around Rome

Taxis

The **FreeNow** app works well, but walking to the Largo di Torre Argentina taxi stand is often faster.

Public Transit

Buses are frequent but traffic-dependent. **Tram 8** is the lifeline of our area for reaching Trastevere and the FL1 train.

Private Mobility

Tours and private cars can be arranged, but we recommend avoiding car rentals in the historic center due to ZTL (Restricted Traffic Zone) fines.
